Request for Tree Work

To prevent electric service interruptions and maintain safety, trees growing near City of Sullivan electric lines occasionally need to be pruned or sometimes cut down. If you noice a dead or dying tree near power lines, a tree with branches growing very close to or touching power lines, please complete the following form and submit it online.

The City of Sullivan electric department does not remove stumps nor do we remove the tree debris after it is taken down. The City of Sullivan electric department only works with vegetation involving City of Sullivan power lines.
