We need coaches. Sullivan Youth Baseball/Softball is a parent volunteer organization. We are unable to field teams if we are unable to find parents who can coach.

 

*  We can not accept registrations for anybody that does not live in the Sullivan School District

 

*  Players may play in a league with kids in an older age group, but not younger.

 

*  We need current phone numbers to contact players & coaches.  If we don't have a current phone number of the player and/or person wanting to coach, there is no way to contact that person regarding meetings, practices, games, etc.  If your phone number changes or gets disconnected, please contact Monte at the Civic Center with a new number.

 

*  Parents signing up to be Head Coaches will get a phone call regarding the draft date & time

 

*  Players should get a phone call from their coach by April 15th.  If players don't get a call by April 15th, they can contact Monte Johnson at the Civic Center

 

*  It is up to each individual coach to schedule a practice time. .  More info coming soon.

 

*  Players in T-ball and Pinto will get a shirt from their coaches before the first game

            Youth Small = 6-8;   Youth Medium = 10-12;    Youth Large = 14-16

 

*  Players in Mustang or older can either use a shirt from a previous year, or purchase a shirt through D & M.   Players will be notified when their shirt is ready to be picked up at D & M.  You pay D & M for your shirt.  We do not collect money for shirts.
