Water Exercise Class

This class combines shaping and toning with cardiovascular benefits to give you a complete workout. Using natural buoyancy and resistance of water, this class is great for people of all fitness levels, including the elderly.

Women and Men ages 15 and over

8:30-9:15 am

This is an on-going class. So come and join us anytime. The more the better. No need to pre-register. Just show up!!!

$2.00 per class. Health Club Members are free.
