Starting Monday, Sept 10th through Thurs, Oct 4th, class will be held from 8:00-8:30 am. This is to allow the Sullivan Elementary School PE classes to participate in swim lessons. On Monday, October 8th, classes will resume at the regularly scheduled time.
Health Club Memberships
By purchasing a Health Club Membership, you will have access to everything the Center has to offer... swimming, cardiovascular work, free weights, circuit training, racquetball.

Regulations
* Family Health Club Members must be at least 16 years old to use the Fitness Center, Weight Rooms, and racquetball court.
* Family Health Club Members who are under 16 years of age MUST swim during Public Swim hours ONLY!
* The wading pool is open only during public swim times.
* Swimming in the deep end of the pool is allowed only during Public Swim Hours when a lifeguard is on duty.
* Health Club Members must sign in at the control desk.
* Safety Regulations prohibit using the pool deck for walking, jogging, running, etc.
* Lap swimming or water walking only during Health Club swim hours.
* Other regulations will be enforced by staff as necessary.
Membership Fees
1 Month "Try Us" pass - $40.00
(individual montly membership - includes use of all facilities)
Non-members may pay a daily $4.00 guest fee to "join" for the day.
Fees are determined by your residency. People living inside the corporate city limits pay less than those who live outside of the corporate city limits.

Simple Payment Plan - 3 Month Option
You can purchase a 3 month membership, and pay the difference between the 3 month membership and the annual membership. (Do this anytime before your 3 month membership expires.) This gives you the remaining 9 months of the annual pass.
Current members who renew their membership for 1 year will receive an additional month extension.
13 Months for the cost of 12!!!

Pool Regulations
| All Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied at all times in the water by an adult 16 years & older! |
| Children not toilet trained must wear tight-fitting rubber or plastic pants. Swim diapers do not satisfy this requirement. |
| Each hour children 15 years & under must take a mandatory 5 minute rest break when lifeguard signals for a break. |
| Swimsuits only. Leotards, cut-offs, T-shirts will not be allowed in the pool. |
| Inflatable swimming devices or lifejackets are not allowed in the pool. |
| All children 5 years and older must use their own locker rooms - no opposite sex locker rooms. |
| No food, drinks, chewing gum, smoking, or glass containers allowed. |
| No running or roughplay allowed. |
| Parents.... watch your children at all times! |
| No diving in the shallow end.. diving in the deep end only. |
| Profanity will not be tolerated. |
| Starting blocks are off limits. |
| The management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone, anytime. |
| Lifeguards and management will enforce other rules not listed here for your safety! |
Water Exercise
Instructor: Sue Weaver
This class combines shaping and toning with cardiovascular benefits to give you a complete workout. Using natural buoyancy and resistance of water, this class is great for people of all fitness levels, including the elderly.

Swim Lessons fill up quickly. Stop by or call the Civic Center to check for current availability, and then register ASAP. We can not take phone registrations, and we are unable to reserve your spot until you have paid and registered.

Regulations
There are no refunds on swimming lessons once the session begins. If you wish to cancel a class, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the program.
Children 5 years old and older may NOT use locker rooms of the opposite sex.
Phone registrations will not be accepted.
You must have a registration release form signed and fees paid to register and reserve your spot for swimming lessons.
Child must be part of a family membership to receive a membership rate.

The next session of Basketball Leagues begins Wednesday, October 10th.Games will not be played on Halloween or the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.Call or see Monte to get a team registered.

Youth Basketball Programs
Check back next fall for information regarding Youth Baskeball Programs. Hopefully in the fall we will have information about Mighty Mites, our K-1 grade program. The 2nd-3rd grade program is generally held in January -February.
Forms and information for these programs are always sent home through school.
Public Gymnasium
The Civic Center has a full court gymnasium available for the public to play basketball.
The gym opens at 3:00 pm during the school year, and 1:00 pm during the summer.
The gym may close without prior notice for any of the following: Basketball leagues, youth basketball programs, dance, volleyball, private rentals, maintenance, etc.
Racquetball
The Civic Center has one racquetball court that is available to Health Club Members for free.
Non-members may pay a $4.00 daily guest fee to use the racquetball court.
You may reserve the racquetball court up to 1 week in advance. Just call or stop by to reserve your court!
Members and Guests must be 16 years or older to play racquetball.
Park Recreation
Information, Rules, and Regulations
Check back in May, 2013, for information on the Park Recreation program for 2013.
- Park Recreation is for Sullivan residents only.

Park Recreation is free of charge. No fees except for special events.

Ages: 6-12 (or must have at least finished Kindergarten)

The recreation staff will not be responsible for any participants that leave the activites and supervision of the staff.

Anyone fighting, swearing, not cooperating with supervisors, or destroying the park or other facilities will be dismissed from the program.

If an accident or emergency exists, we will contact the Sullivan Rescue Squad and call the emergency number you provided.

A weekly schedule of events with dates and times will be given to participants each week.

If adverse weather exists, we may move all activities to the Civic Center, or cancel Park Recreation for that session.

We reserve the right to keep anyone from participating in certain or all activities due to behavioral problems.

Registration forms may be picked up at the Civic Center. Forms must be completed and received before participation.
Sullivan Civic Center Triathlon
Each spring the Civic Center hosts a sprint triathlon.
We are not ceratin what date the race will be held on in 2011.

Blue Dolphins Swim Team
The Sullivan Blue Dolphins swim team calls the Civic Center home. They are a United States Swimming afilliated team. They maintain their own board of directors and their own website.

Sullivan Youth Baseball & Softball is not a Civic Center program. This program is not affiliated with the Civic Center, and is run under a separate board of directors.
