ADA Updated Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan

The City of Sullivan is in the process of identifying problems that prevent people with disabilities from gaining equal access to state and local government programs, services, and activities. We are also conducting accessibility surveys of our buildings and facilities to identify and remove architectural barriers to access.

Identifying these problems will help the City complete an updated self-evaluation and updated transition plan for ensuring our facilities and programs are accessible.
