Refuse Permits

 

As of July 1, 2011, all pay for hire contractors must have a City of Sullivan refuse permit in order to dump yardwaste and concrete on the City dump site.

 

City of Sullivan refuse permits may be obtained at the City of Sullivan City Building Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

This is confirmed under Ordinance 11-08 in the City Ordinance Code Book.
