Sullivan utility customers have a number of options for paying their utility bills. You can now pay your utility bills and other fees with a check, savings, credit card or debit card by going online, by mobile app or by calling. Also view your utility bill or amount due online, and opt out of paper statements. Sign up online to have an email sent to you when your statement is ready!
