PUBLIC HEARING OF THE SULLIVAN CITY COUNCIL

A Public Hearing of the Sullivan City Council will be held Monday, July 24, 2017, at 6:45 p.m. at the Elizabeth Titus Memorial Library, 2 West Water Street, in Sullivan.

The purpose of this public hearing is to hear comments from the public on the adoption of the proposed Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year 2017-2018.

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be viewed at the City Building, 2 West Harrison Street, Sullivan, Illinois.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The proposed ordinance is also posted on the City’s website.

City of Sullivan Clean Up Days

July 15th & 22nd will be City Clean Up Days.

Please notice this list of items not accepted!

The location of your residence determines which day is your Clean Up Day.

All residents who live north of Harrison Street will be picked up on Saturday, July 15th.
All residents on Pifers Lane are picked up on the 15th as well.

All residents who live south of Harrison Street, will be picked up on Saturday, July 22nd.

If you do not live in the corporate city limits, you are not eligible to participate in the City Wide Clean Up Day,
and your items will not be picked up.

Items must be on the curb by 7:00 a.m.
